Responsibility: Served as an appointed Committee Co-Chair for the National Association of Academic & Student-Athlete Development Professionals (N4A) Professional Development Institute (PDI). This committee filled with industry professionals in the realm of student-athlete development, are tasked with creating the curriculum for the program and ovrseeing its execution in conjunction with the N4A National Convention. The mission of the PDI is to create and maintain a learning community that transmits, creates, and preserves the knowledge that defines the profession. After completion of the program, PDI continues to educate its graduates as it is designed to provide continuous professional development.
