Responsibility: As a founding member and appointed Committee Co-Chair, I was responsible for leading the Big 12's monthly Student-Athlete Development Professionals Committee. The mission of the committee was to provide conference-wide programming updates, build community, share best practices, and elevate the engagement with student-athlete development programming across the Big 12.
